Lost female greyhound. White with brindle spots. Wearing pink collar. Ears tattoed with green ink. Last seen in Camp Branch community of Alabaster. Please email if found.

Copied from what Gracie's Mom posted on Face Book

"Our greyhound Gracie ( adopted 1/2011) got away from our family this afternoon while we were playing in the yard. We live in Alabaster. She is white/brindle spots. We have been looking all afternoon. She has a pink greyhound collar. Desperate to find her."

Gracie may respond to her "former" name of "Cutie". She escaped her yard on Deer Run Road in Alabaster, Alabama. She's now been missing for a day and a half, so she could be MILES away from there by now!

Please, ANYONE IN THE AREA, HELP US FIND GRACIE!!! The family has 3 small children that dearly love her, most especially their oldest son. Gracie had only been in the adoption center for a day when her family came and she picked them out......... that little boy was so upset when he learned that Gracie couldn't go home with them right away, he cried inconsolably.

There are pictures of her on our adoption Face Book wall but I don't know how to put them on here. If someone All permissions are granted to share and re-post this alert, as well.

You may contact us by phone (205) 833-6654... email on our FB Wall or on my personal FB Wall or by messaging me (Melony Cleveland) personally on FB. McGregor Greyhound Welfare Center

Gracie is still lost. It's such a rural area where she is......... Sue and I are thinking of taking her horses and seeing if we can possibly at least find signs of her. The horses can cover more and rougher terrain that we can on foot.Hopefully, between the horses,us taking a squawker and several leashes to jingle together.... something will catch her attention.
