| I took Thurles to get sheared & not a day too soon, although the day I took him, it was cold cloudy & rainy. But he's done okay. If I notice him chilly...I turn on the heat. His hair was so long & think, Ed thought he had gained too much weight, then he felt him all over & started shaving & he could tell Thurles hadn't gained any fat...he was still lean.
Thurles seemed to have mixed emotions about being back at Southland & at the kennel. I thought he'd be happy to see Ed, but they had a respectful knod of the head with each other, although I saw a nuzzle between Ed & Thurles when Ed was checking his face & neck before clipping. Ed doesn't know I saw it. he he he Old dog men, ya gotta love em.
Here is the turtleman with his hair cut.
