| When Chester gets up from lying down he will limp for awhile, favoring his left front leg. I've checked his pads and ankles and see no indication of corns or bruises or tendernous. I've been rubbing the shoulder area it seems to abate.
I think he's got some arthritis, but don't know what to give him to ease the pain without hurting his stomach.
Any suggestions for an over-the counter pain relief?

|Our Suzy has been doing this too. She got bumped when the crew flew out the door to the yard. Trish has been giving her Metacam and this seems to help. We've been watching her as well. Some days are better and Suzy doesn't limp. Mostly when she sleeps for long periods of time without moving about.|

| We were at the vet today and he gave us Prevacox to give as needed. It's a chewable, and he says he has better results than with any others.

|I hope this works. I believe our Milky is on Prevacox and it does help her.|

Always have used Previcox. Much more gentle on the stomach.
