Hi Everyone. I'm Diane and my husband and I are the proud adoptees of two wonderful
greyhounds, Mocha ( Mocha Ice) age 10 and Sidney (King and I) age 9. They are
the second pair of greys who have owned us. Our first were adopted in '98. Our first was Skip (Hi-C Skip) in Feb. of 98 at age 3 and six months later, our second came along, Ridey (RC Ride it out). Skip was a beautiful golden boy and Ridey was a beautiful black tuxedo girl. Skip lived to age 12 and Ridey only to age 8. The horrible "C" took them both. Subsequently we adopted Mocha, who is the most loving, intelligent, sweet, caring pup who ever lived. After Skippy left, we adopted Sidney who is the most unique grey I've ever met. At now age 9, he is still wildly energetic, barks a LOT and finds new and interesting ways to keep us on our toes, daily. We live in a little "Mayberry" like city in SC and love it. We moved here 7 years ago, after many years in Wilmington, NC. We love having mountain views and temperate weather. The pups have a 1/2 acre pasture fenced in and love to romp in it. We're on 2 acres and therefore can maintain a yard without a race track in it and they can have their play area. We've been involved in
grey rescue from the moment we fell in love with Skippy in '98.
