I recently changed groups to a Pro Racing group that belongs to the NGA. The group is in the process of getting a pup that will eventually race. The details are just starting to emerge, so I'll have to keep you updated.

But this is very exciting for the group, and for me to be a little part in this.

My new job with the group is to run a chapter in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. I'm sure we'll branch out as volunteers let us. Foster homes always needed to.

Now that's what I call getting involved!!! Good for you.
And kudos for getting with a pro-racing group.
You give that pup a hug and a rub down before it races and then watch it turn and burn!
When it finishes a race give it another hug. If it wins give it 2 and tell it it did good. If it looses give it a hug anyway and tell it " you'll lick 'em next time".

Thank you Fast Dog!!! This is really exciting, and I'm so proud of this group for doing this.

We've been blessed by a breeder who will donate a pup. The litter is going to be born at the end of Aug. Then another person, who I won't mention his name because I haven't asked, but Beryl knows this man, is donating all funds that will take care of this pup for it's first full year.

Then the group will pay for finishing.

I can't wait to see the pup. I know the director wants to be there for the birth. I would love to be there to, but we'll wait and see.
