Nomy is a 4-year-old female greyhound that got away from her dog walker 09/13/10 at approximately 7:45am in the vicinity of 20th and Catharine Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19146. She was last seen near 22nd and Christian Streets running south.

Nomy is all white with fawn eyeshadow on her right eye. She is wearing a black adopt-a-greyhound martingale collar and was trailing a short red adopt-a-greyhound leash. She is extremely shy and easy to spook. She may go up to someone's stoop (thinking it's her house) to try and get away from people.

Nomy's owners are on vacation in North Carolina. They left immediately when they heard Nomy was loose but expect it will take about 10 hours to get back to Philadelphia. Until the owners return, if you find this dog, please call National Greyhound Adoption Program at 215.331.7918. We will also have flyers available for anyone to pick up at our office. Please call ahead to make sure there are some available.
