That is fantastic information, I just wish they'd crack down on some of these tracks that won't work on the surfaces of their tracks. I saw 4 accidents at Southland last night. Thankfully none of the 6 dogs involved were injured. All finished their races. Last week I know of one little girl who broke her leg so badly they had to put her down vs doing surgery.

The NGA is a registery for Greyhounds, if you don't own a Greyhound there is no requirement to be a member of the NGA. So tracks, kennel owners, trainers and helpers are not required to be member of the NGA,,,, ONLY if they OWN a dog or dogs. The short answer is the NGA can't do anything about how any track in maintained or managed.
Each State has regulations and laws that control racing and how it's conducted in that State, most of the laws concern wagering.
