They have been talking for about a week that we were getting snow. Down here in Memphis, we get these "talks" and usually when the storm comes over the river, it splits & then goes back together at Nashville. Well this storm came from the south...surprise!
Here's some pictures I took with my cell phone.
This was about 6:00pm

11:00pm this is Banker hurrying back inside.

Then this morning, this is Gabby about 8:15am

Kandy showing how brave she is & how deep the snow is.

Pipi was trying to get Kandy to come back outside.

Smiley taking a quick lap around the yard.

Here is the same shot of the #1 picture, 5 hrs later.

I texted my turn out boys to let them know I was home & they didn't have to come over, their mom said they were all outside with their dad playing in the snow & she was waiting on the youngest to wake up & then everyone was going outside to play.

The news people said down town got 4 inches. I bet I got that much...from looking at the box out in the yard & then the a/c unit sitting next to Kandy.

The weather is crazy, I saw on the news a lady in Atlanta crying, I mean she was actually crying about the snow because she said she moved south to get away from the snow :lm22Off:

Well yeah I wouldn't cry about it, it will melt.
A friend of mine from work, her daughter is in Atlanta & she said they were basically frozen in place. Nobody could go to work. Our FedEx locations in Georgia were shut down but hey...it'll melt.
Mud slides, now that's a reason to cry.
